Scanning a vehicle for codes is not the same as carrying out a Diagnostic Assessment.

Our diagnostics approach is not to read codes and just replace the associated parts but to follow logical evidence based testing steps.

 All too often we meet customers that have had parts replaced unnecessarily and the vehicle remains unchanged. 

During our initial assessment we will gain information from the vehicle to see if it's a quick no parts required repair or if further investigation is required.

Any in-depth,  specialised testing or repairs including software updates using dealer tools will quoted for after the initial assessment so you are aware of the costs involved.
